About Me

With my 1+ years of experience as a UX Researcher, I have worked with clients in various industries including telecommunication, finance, wellness, and fitness. I help them develop and improve their service and digital product by uncovering insights from users using qualitative and quantitative methods.

UX Researcher at Labtek Indie

February 2022 - Present

• Conduct end-to-end user research to provide relevant insights for clients’ product development.
• Co-facilitate design thinking workshop sessions for clients.

UX Researcher at FIT HUB

• Perform explorative and evaluative research to improve existing services and to build new services.
• Co-facilitate workshops with stakeholders to collaboratively ideate solutions and initiatives to improve product OKRs.
